2. Delivery Coverage We currently deliver orders within a 3km radius from our store location. For customers outside this radius, we recommend placing orders through our delivery partners, such as Zomato or Swiggy, to ensure timely service.
3. Delivery Timings Our delivery service operates during the following hours:
Monday to Sunday: 10:00 AM to 09:30 PM, Orders placed outside of these hours will not be placed. Delivery slots are subject to availability and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Processing Time All orders are freshly prepared to ensure quality and freshness. Processing time varies depending on the product ordered. Typically:
Cakes and Custom Orders: Require a minimum of 24-48 hours’ notice.
Bread, Pastries, and Snacks: Are usually available for same-day delivery if the order is placed within operational hours.
5. Shipping Charges A nominal delivery fee may be charged based on the distance from our store. The exact amount will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless an error has occurred on our end.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts If the delivery attempt fails due to any of the following reasons, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for reattempting the delivery:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
Recipient unavailability at the delivery location.
Failure to answer calls or messages from the delivery personnel.
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Modifications: Changes to an order (such as product type or delivery address) can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
Cancellations: Cancellations can be made only within 5 minutes of placing the order to prevent food wastage. No cancellations will be allowed after this period.
9. Delays and Disruptions While we strive for timely deliveries, certain factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, strikes, etc.) may cause delays. We will keep you informed in case of any unexpected delays.
